Founded in 1990, MENTOR Maryland is a leading home and community-based human services provider serving children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, as well as emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges.

Since our founding we have grown from a single-service provider offering therapeutic foster care, to a diversified agency with a range of comprehensive programming and support. MENTOR Maryland is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human service providers, offering an array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries or illnesses; and to youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges as well as their families.
